• Quote requests: If you do not proceed with a booking, your quote details are retained in our email for up to 12 months in case you wish to revisit the quote.
• Completed projects: For customers who proceed with work, we retain your name, contact details, and project records for the duration of our 10-year guarantee so that we can honour the guarantee and deal with any claims.
• Financial records: Invoices and payment records are retained for 6 years as required by HMRC regulations.
