What the foundation needs to do
Digital signs combine a large wind-catching face with valuable electrical equipment. Their base is commonly designed as reinforced concrete around a proprietary root cage or bolt group.
We install the approved foundation and duct entries from the signage supplier or structural engineer drawings, ready for the sign and electrical contractors.

Dimensions, approvals and responsibilities
Advertisement consent or planning approval may be needed, particularly for illuminated signs. Use the approved sign dimensions in the structural design.
Root cages should normally be available before concrete work; drilling a guessed bolt pattern later risks conflict with reinforcement and edge distances.
