Before installation
Send equipment weights and foot positions for anything substantially heavier than normal benches. A lathe or mill may need its own isolated or locally strengthened foundation.
Commercial use, noise and a larger building can change planning considerations. Those questions concern the workshop as a whole, not simply its base.
