What the foundation needs to do
A domestic wheelie-bin screen mainly needs a level, maintainable surface. A commercial bin enclosure has heavier containers, frequent collection movements, washdown and possible vehicle interfaces.
We size the base from the real bin layout and turning space, then form paving or concrete with the enclosure fixing and drainage plan in mind.

Dimensions, approvals and responsibilities
Count the actual bin sizes and allow space to extract the furthest container without unloading the whole store.
Commercial washdown drainage and waste-water discharge should be agreed with the project designer; it may not be appropriate to send it to a surface-water drain.
