A pod may be a lightweight timber shell or a fully fitted accommodation unit with bathroom, kitchen and heavy internal finishes. Multi-pod sites also need repeatable levels and organised utility routes.
We install concrete or engineered ground-screw foundations to the pod supplier's support drawing, from a single garden pod to a coordinated leisure layout.

Ground screws
Commercial screws with a designed timber or steel subframe can create a promptly usable level platform with limited excavation.
Often worth considering for: Sloping rural sites, multi-pod programmes and buildings with defined support rails
Concrete
Pads, strips or a slab can be installed where the pod manufacturer or project engineer specifies permanent concrete support.

Timber frame
A structural raised frame may suit lighter pods when supports, durability and fire requirements are defined by the designer.

Specialist foundations are quoted from the actual product, support plan and site information. No VAT is added to the guide prices shown.
Before installation
Holiday accommodation generally requires planning consideration, site drainage and often building-control or fire input. A reversible foundation does not remove those obligations.
For multiple units, provide a coordinated site plan with pod references, levels and service routes rather than pricing each footprint in isolation.
