What the foundation needs to do
Lofts need good airflow and hygiene, but an unprotected gap at ground level can become a route for rodents. Floor design also affects how easily droppings and bedding can be removed.
We install concrete or raised framed foundations to the loft plan, including attached flight sections and access corridors where required.

Bird-keeper registration and disease-control obligations can apply. Loft positioning and drainage should help reduce contact with wild birds and neighbouring property.
Send the full external flight and landing-board plan as well as the enclosed loft footprint.
