Portable and modular offices are delivered to a chassis or structural floor with particular bearing points. A broadly level patch of ground is not the same as a correctly set foundation.
We install pads, slabs or ground-screw supports to an approved module layout and coordinate finished levels with steps, ramps, drainage and incoming services.

The methods below are possibilities to assess—not interchangeable specifications. We match the foundation to the product, loads, support points, ground and access.
Ground screws
Commercial ground screws and a suitable support arrangement can provide promptly loadable points for approved modular designs.
Often worth considering for: Time-sensitive sites, uneven ground and relocatable modular buildings
Concrete
Individual pads, strips or a slab can be constructed to the module supplier's bearing and anchoring detail.
Often worth considering for: Long-term offices, high traffic and sites needing a hard surrounding surface
Specialist foundations are quoted from the actual product, support plan and site information. No VAT is added to the guide prices shown.
Before installation
The modular supplier or structural designer should provide the bearing locations and reactions. JustBases installs the approved base rather than inventing a generic pad pattern.
Temporary status does not automatically remove planning, building-control, access or welfare obligations. The project team remains responsible for the complete installation.
JustBases quotes the agreed foundation and groundwork. Product installation, specialist connections, commissioning and third-party design remain outside our scope unless the written quotation expressly includes them.
